Experience

2/2020 - present
User Experience Architect: HP Inc.

As a UX Expert in an Agile software development team for the past two years, I played a crucial role in ensuring exceptional end-user experience in the SaaS production management solution, HP Site Flow. I collaborated with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define, craft, and implement product design concepts and led design sessions to define the user experience and contribute to the information architecture. My expertise in turning concepts into user flows, journey maps, and wireframes, along with conducting user research including usability tests and user interviews, and analyzing usage data/analytics, helped to create a shared understanding of the user experience and drive product development decisions that put the end-user first.
